Is it possible that when I approve external supervisors the email they receive doesn't say my name as I approved/invite them? They most likely do not know me and I feel it can be confusing. I think it would be better that it says that the email comes from Westlake Academy regarding a student that is recording a CAS experience, and then maybe list CAS Coordinator (my name) as a point of contact if they have any questions?

Also do external supervisors have to create an account on Toddle to review a CAS experience?

Maybe if the email includes clearer instructions/info related to the student that has listed them as a supervisor, why they are receiving the email, etc?
