Attendance & Timetable

The ability to add additional clubs and activities that are not year group specific would be useful so information could be in one place. This could include indiviudal music lessons or after school activities. A built in sign-up system would also help to reduce the number of systems needed.

Allow me to import timetables in draft mode so they stay hidden until I’m ready to publish them

Being able to print out Teachers timetables would be a huge help. Incase of inspections and such

Please freeze the day row for the timetable module so that the day is always viewable at the top of the screen.

Toddle would integrate a system like ASc, so we wouldn't need to use other platforms and then have to upload them here.

Allowing upload of meetings and duty rotas (non-class linked items) to teacher timetables would be really useful to reduce administrative load of looking in different places for information. Syncing of teacher timetables to outlook calendars would also be helpful.

Currently, CCA's can only be marked in attendance and added to the timetable if created as classes which makes the class very long. They also come up as subjects even when they are not. Requesting to allow them to be marked but without said pre-requisites.

A module to manage cover in Toddle, linked to the Timetable. As Toddle is the system where many of us are keeping our live timetables.

Add the ability to Collaborate / Comment / Tag in schedules or timetables similar to tagging someone in Google docs/spreadsheets.

Add a timetable widget on my mobile app so I can quickly mark attendance or jump directly into my class
