IB Projects

Right now, when an activity is marked as complete, neither the supervisor, advisors, nor the coordinators can access it to add their comments. Having the permissions for them to edit/add comments in a completed activity will be ideal so that we can still review and comment while the access is blocked for the students.

Schools need the ability to manage staff memberships and programme access in bulk rather than one-by-one. Currently, if staff are accidentally added to Projects or assigned to programmes at scale, admins must manually remove each user individually and update programme permissions per staff member, resulting in a very time-consuming process. Requested improvements: Bulk remove/add staff from Projects Bulk update programme access (e.g. remove MYP access for multiple staff members at once) Bulk edit staff roles and permissions CSV/import-based bulk management options Multi-select actions directly from the dashboard/list views This would greatly improve admin efficiency for schools managing large cohorts and staffing changes.

Dear team, the school requests for the ability to be able to map the same advisor to more than one child. At the moment if an advisor is mapped to all Year 1 children then the same set of students cannot be selected to be mapped with any other advisor. This creates difficulty for the teachers to be able to create activities for multiple children.

Teachers want to ensure that students have filled all fields in the experiences/activities space before hitting "Create" for a new experience/activity. This ensures standardization of expectations and less running around behind students to make sure their work is complete. It should be possible (in settings, perhaps), to enable "Require students to fill all fields" for all IB projects so coordinators can take this call based on our school's way of working. Alternatively, coordinators could be given the ability to mark certain fields as required.

Admin expressed it would be useful to be able to add students from different years to the same activity on SAS project, rather than having to create two different activities to manage in parallel for both batches. This would enhance collaboration between students of different years.

If a supervisor has created an activity under SAA and added multiple students as collaborators, the students currently have edit rights to remove other students. This needs to be locked for students.

Franklin needs the ability to add our own rubric to the service as action module so it appears in reports

Ability to rate individual learning outcomes of SAA using self defined levels apart from achieved and not achieved

Ability to decide which LOs are visible to students depending on the grade level in which they are creating their activities
