We would like to have an HTML editor feature in the RTB of creating announcements.

Toddle should alert me when I try to send an announcement outside defined school hours so that I don't notify parents at inconvenient times.

Area coordinators and some teachers are sending circulars/communications to parents without prior authorization, bypassing the school's internal review process. There is currently no way in Toddle to require approval before a communication is sent. Requested Feature An approval workflow for parent-facing communications: Messages/circulars created by teachers or coordinators are held in a "pending state" until approved A designated "approver role" (e.g., Head of Communications or a school leader) reviews and approves/rejects before the message is sent to families Ideally configurable: schools choose which user roles require approval and who the approver(s) are.

We’ve been receiving consistent feedback from parents that important announcements often get buried in the feed, making them hard to locate without excessive scrolling. This impacts timely communication and overall parent experience. Request: Introduce the ability to pin or highlight announcements so key updates remain easily visible at the top of the feed Explore options to prioritize or surface important posts more clearly within the parent/Student or Teacher view

Please enable a customisable drop-down so that announcements could be categorised, this would make it easier for parents, students, and staff to see and find what they need.

Visibility vs. notification for teachers on student notices: teachers want to view announcements without being pinged.

At school we tend to send announcements only for boys/girls very often. Currently there is no way to quick filter by student's gender.

Teachers to be able to design newsletters for the entire program. They want a space where teachers can collaborate based on their specific grades and subjects and add thoughts and save drafts to the newsletter and the Program head will finally share the newsletter.
