We’d love for students to have the ability to add their own events or focus time to their calendars in Toddle. This would support student agency and help them use Toddle as a central tool to organize their day, plan work time, and manage responsibilities more independently. For example, students could block time for independent work, revision, or extracurricular commitments, helping them build time-management skills within Toddle rather than relying on external tools.

Would it be possible to create event links and add it to announcements? That way, participants can be redirected to the event?

Hi, we would like to have an event duplication workflow: feature to export current year events and import to next year with date adjustments. This way, it's much easier to create calendar events with fewer clicks.

We have a few teachers who work both in lower and upper school. It is not only very useful but also necessary to perform their work efficiently to view and create events across the lower and upper school calendars.

We use the Toddle Calendar as our main school calendar. It would be very helpful to be able to add events to the following year, rather than be limited by academic years. Currently it seems we have to be in a new academic year before we can create any events in the calendar for that year. The calendar should just be a rolling calendar year to year and de-linked from academic years.

Give account admins a single master calendar view so they can oversee all schools easily.

Description: Currently, teachers can view their timetables inside Toddle, but there is no way to automatically sync their class schedule with Google Calendar. Teachers would like to see their Toddle timetable events directly in Google Calendar alongside their other commitments. Problem statement: Teachers manage multiple calendars (personal, school meetings, Google Calendar events). Having to manually check Toddle for their timetable adds friction. They want a unified view of their day without switching between platforms. Proposed solution: Add the ability for teachers to sync their Toddle timetable with Google Calendar, similar to how students and families can currently subscribe to assignment and event calendars.

We have our school specific calendar events which we would like to directly sync with the Toddle calendar instead of adding events one by one.
