Being able to download the portfolio as a book as a memory for your kindergarten, primary or secondary years. Some schools would like to give the portfolio as a gift to students when they leave one stage and go to another. It would be super useful if there was a template to create a book of the portfolio just as we do for progress reports. It would be great to be able to select the cover page, then the academic years to be included, a section as a farewell message from teachers, and finally being able to select how you would like to display the posts - 1 per page, 2 per page - 4 - 6. etc.

Ability to have an option to create a class as well as a student portfolio. When creating a post, get the option to make it a class one or a student specific one.

Ability to pull portfolio pieces from project tiles to student's master portfolio in student profile

Currently, in the portfolio, if we add more than 1 photo, parents can download the photos 1 by 1 rather than all photos from the post.

Being able to add several observations (nap, toilet, food, etc) at the same time for one student. Not by separate posts. Adding a shared comment of these observations. Being able to clasify in different folders each category even though we post it in bulk. And add an option in "Nap" to select the total time slept instead of the exact time it started and ended... Being able to select options (30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, 2 hours).

Create the option to have reflection prompts visible for students to select from (created by school) to support students in making reflections on their learning independently as they post to their portfolio. Even better if teachers of grades could predetermine the prompts being offered up to students. The more ways we have to support portfolios being in the hands of the leaners, the better.

Ensure images and other media retain their original aspect ratio so portrait content no longer gets cropped.

Description: Currently, when writing posts to share with families or drafting teacher reflections, there is no way to format the text. The text boxes only support plain text, which limits the ability to structure information clearly and make posts more readable. Proposed functionality: Add basic rich text formatting options to all text boxes used for: Posts shared with families Teacher reflections The formatting options should include at least: Bold Italics <u>Underline</u> Bullet points Numbered lists Use case: Teachers at Mirasur School (and likely many others) use posts to communicate important information with families and to document their own reflections. The ability to format text would help: Highlight key information in family communications Organize ideas clearly in reflections Improve readability and professionalism of posts Additional Context This feature would enhance the overall quality of teacher-family communication and make the reflection process more effective by allowing teachers to structure their thoughts in a clear, organized way.

Teachers should have the ability to approve comments on a portfolio post first, ensuring that only appropriate comments are visible to students and the school community.

Allow teachers to upload multiple photos and create multiple portfolio posts or evidence entries in a single action, instead of adding each post individually. This would streamline the process of documenting learning experiences and unit evidence, reducing the time required to upload large sets of student work.
