I want to be able to configure my notification preferences for messaging

Implement a pinning mechanism within the messaging interface. This allows users to fix specific conversations or channels to the top of the chat list, ensuring immediate access to high-priority threads regardless of the most recent activity.

Having that option to send an email notification for the following situations: If a teacher would like the parent to see the message immediately (email notification checkbox) If a parent hasn't read messages for a certain period of time (email notification for "you have xx unready messages" This is to have multiple options for parent to check.

Add a "Resolved" toggle or status for flagged messages to allow users to distinguish between pending and addressed items. This functionality would enable better task management within the messaging module, similar to a checklist or task manager.

Features like Bold and Italic are not available. Emojis not available. Pointers (Number or Bullet pointers) not available Message forwarding does not work properly. It does forward the message as it is. It shows that the message is forwarded by the sender, also when forwarded, the whole message is not readable. Option to add multiple admins so that group can be mamaged in absence of one person

I want to be able to mark messages as “unread” again, allowing me to revisit important it later and keep track of items that still need attention.

In messaging module, when parents and students hits + they will first see teachers that teaching their kids/ teaching them(for students) + Display their position (what they teach)

Allow teachers and parents pin chat in messaging module as it working in any other messenger apps.
