Many schools use multiple platforms alongside Toddle for services such as communications, tuition, dismissal, emergency management, handbooks, libraries, transportation, and other school-specific systems. It would be extremely valuable to have a customizable module system that allows schools to add their own tools directly to the Toddle dashboard. Schools could create custom modules with features such as: * Custom URLs * Deep Links * SSO integrations to automatically authenticate users with external platforms * API-based integrations * Mobile app links that can open an installed application * Custom text and information * Custom QR codes * Custom icons, names, and descriptions * Custom module visibility and placement A major benefit would be the ability to configure role- or group-based visibility. For example: * “External Software Admin Access” → Visible only to administrators * “Pickup QR” → Visible only to eligible parents and displays their personalized dismissal QR code * “Library” → Visible to students and links directly to an external library system * “Staff Resources” → Visible only to teachers and staff Modules could potentially support different actions when clicked, including opening an external website, launching a mobile app, displaying a QR code, opening an embedded page, authenticating through SSO, or retrieving information through an API. While some external resources can already be placed in the Resources section, having customizable modules directly on the dashboard would make frequently used services significantly easier to access. Schools could effectively use Toddle as a centralized home point for their digital ecosystem, while continuing to use specialized third-party platforms for specific needs. This would give schools much more flexibility to personalize their Toddle dashboard around their own technology ecosystem and make Toddle feel more like their school’s platform, rather than requiring every school to follow the same dashboard structure.

Right now, we can import units and lessons from the previous year when building out a course plan for the new school year. Would it be possible to also allow this option for importing the Course Home Page, including the Rich Text Editor content and settings and the links in the Quick Links widget?

The Quick Links feature only allows "links," but would it be possible to upload files like PDFs and media (like images)?

Teachers currently have access to the Toddle Academy and Help Centre articles, which serve as valuable self-help resources during onboarding and while using the platform. They can easily refer to these guides whenever they encounter questions or need support with specific workflows. We would like to request a similar experience for students by providing them with access to a Student Help Centre containing relevant support articles and guides. This would be particularly beneficial for: New students who are using Toddle for the first time. Students who are expected to access and respond to assignments, tasks, and other learning activities independently. Reducing the dependency on teachers and administrators for basic platform navigation and frequently asked questions. Having a dedicated student-facing knowledge base would empower students to navigate the platform confidently, learn key workflows at their own pace, and quickly find answers whenever they need assistance. This would significantly improve the onboarding experience and encourage greater independence in using the platform.

Could we add a few more cards/buttons? For example, having a second one that has the same functionalities as school policies (we can add documents in there, such as a bank of our newsletters, or school information such as lunch menu). Alternatively, perhaps adding a button that simply directs to a website might be a solution.

Make the new feature (adding a banner on the homepage, above library) accessible to student and family platforms too.

I would like the ability to schedule a file to be released to family instead of having to upload it on a specific day.

Can we change the names of some of those cards/buttons?For example, changing School Policies to say School Information would be helpful.

We'd like to change 'family contact' to 'authorized adults', basically be able to play around with/customize the titles of the student profile section.
